By accessing or using Agent Interface's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
The core Agent Interface components (ChatThread, ToolTrace, ApprovalFlow, FeedbackCapture, SessionHistory) are released under the MIT License. Use of the open source components is governed by the MIT License, not these Terms. These Terms govern use of the agentinterface.co website and hosted services.
To access Pro or Enterprise services, you must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
Agent Interface retains all rights to the hosted Services, brand, and trademarks. The open source components are licensed under MIT. Your content and data remain yours.
Pro plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Enterprise contracts are governed by separate agreements.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Interface is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
